GreaseBusters was founded in 1971, specializing in the complete cleaning of kitchen exhaust hood systems. Our mission is providing highest quality hood cleaning service available in the industry. We deliver on this promise!

Originating in Washington D.C metropolitan area, we have grown to over 30 offices nationwide. We proudly service the industry’s most recognized brands and well-loved restaurants. All our offices are trained using our ISO 9001:2015 quality methods and are USAKES certified. We set the industry standard for commitment to customer satisfaction and service quality. Safety is our mission, from training our technicians on OSHA, driving and job site safety to applying our patented bio-degradable industrial degreaser chemical “GreaseBeast.”

Corporate Management Team

Joe Palmore

CEO

Joe Palmore has been the Chief Executive Officer of GreaseBusters since 1988. He has lead the company from a successful local hood cleaning company in the DC metropolitan area to become the nation’s leading kitchen exhaust cleaning company. Joe is a highly decorated Vietnam Veteran. He holds his Masters Degree in Public Administration.

Monika Quigley

President

Monika has 25 years in business management and information technology. She joined GreaseBusters in June 2004 after serving 15 years at the World Bank and Development Gateway, Head of Technology. Prior to that, Monika founded a software consulting company, DSS Inc., where she consulted with organizations such as the IMF and U.S. Department of Education to implement global information and knowledge systems.

Chris Allen

Chief Operating Officer

Chris has been a part of GreaseBusters for over 15 years and has experience in every aspect of our business. He has successfully owned and operated multiple Dealerships and has served in several positions with the corporate office. Chris is passionate about seeing GreaseBusters continue to set the standard in the market while expanding both domestically and internationally.

Leo Victor Perez

National Training Coordinator

Victor Perez has been a leader with GreaseBusters since 1989, initially as GM for the metropolitan DC area to managing GreaseBusters
national training center. Victor holds numerous certifications in fire protection and kitchen exhaust technician, and has personally overseen the training and career development for over 200 GreaseBusters technicians.
