Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning
ISC provides complete kitchen hood system cleaning that meets and exceeds NFPA 96 standards. Our certified technicians protect your kitchen equipment by covering in plastic. Hoods are polished with stainless steel cleaner and floors are mopped throughout the work area after all cleanings. We place a sticker of certification on the clean hoods indicating date of last and next cleaning so that health and fire officials know your facility is compliant with NFPA regulations (see ISC Cleaning Method).
