Michael Scheer

Michael Scheer is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Raised in Maryland, Michael has lived in Los Angeles since 1998. Michael is IICRC certified as a Carpet Cleaning Technician using the steam extraction method and has worked in the Feature Film and Fitness industries for the past eleven years. Through his extensive management and customer service experience, Michael understands the importance of maintaining customer communication and providing quality service. Michael is very excited to be representing the ISC family in Los Angeles County.

Dick Field

Dick brings to ISC more than 25 years experience in the High Tech Service Industry as a Telecommunications Manager and a BS Degree from the University of Maryland.  He has most recently been an entrepeneur for the past 6 years and currently owns and operates a floor refinishing business specializing in tile, marble, stone and carpet.  Dick is married with a daughter, a 2007 graduate of the University of Arizona.  He looks forward to bringing his service experience to Greasebuster Customers/Partners. "I look at my Customers as my Business Partners to expand on our mutual success".

John Ponce

John previously worked as a craftsman making massage tables, always having in mind the goal of some day owning his own successful business. John researched a variety of business opportunity and determined that ISC had the most professional program and network of owner/operators which he wanted to become a part of. John is now dedicated to ISC and giving his customers the best service available in the kitchen exhaust cleaning industry.

Prior to embarking on a career in the kitchen exhaust cleaning industry, he was practicing law in Maryland .  Although Chris is still a licensed attorney, he now devotes all of his professional energy to providing first-class cleaning services to Philadelphia area restaurants.

Dominick P. LaRuffa

Dominick P LaRuffa Jr. was born and raised in Brooklyn and has been a successful entrepreneur since 1986. Dominick has owned and operated several restaurants including Bojangles, Tasty Chicken, and Not Just Chicken. Dominick has two amazingly talented and wonderful children attending college - Dominick III and Marisa Eileen. He brings 23 years of business development and restaurant operations experience to making Industrial Steam Cleaning of New Jersey a huge success. Under Dominick’s leadership ISC of NJ is fast becoming the benchmark and barometer of hood ventilation cleaning and fire prevention maintenance for the New Jersey area for years to come.

Jeff Moten

Jeff grew up in San Diego and moved to Richmond Virginia from Austin Texas in 2000. Before joining GreaseBusters in May, 2006, Jeff Managed Merger Operations teams for Wachovia Securities and served as the Director of Business Development for a Technology Company. Jeff is very involved in his community and serves on the board for two local Non-Profits that assist inner-city kids with after school activities, college-prep and entrepreneurial business training. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Stephanie and two sons Miles and Pierce, playing golf, and watching sports (Charger Fan).

Sam and Carla Alessio

Sam has been a successful business owner for over 17 years. Alessio-Tschida Electric is a union electrical contractor, specializing in residential homes. Carla has a Master's Degree in Middle School Education and currently supervises student teachers for the University of St. Francis. She also runs a travel agency out of the home. They are also raising four active children. We are looking forward to being a part of the ISC Corporation and continuing to provide great customer service in the Northern Illinois area. Because we are both business owners, we understand the importance of strong client relationships, and we will strive to continue these practices with our ISC customers.

Paul Shlasinger

Paul was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.  He relocated to Ft. Lauderdale Florida with his wife and 3 children. Paul has been an entrepreneur and small business owner for the past 13 years.  For the past 6 years he has been designing games (board games, card games) with his brother for their company "Zman Games" and is very excited to begin a new career with ISC.

Mike and his wife, Catherine have owned their own business for the past nine years. They have worked in the Restaurant industry for the past fifteen years. Mike loves the outdoors (fishing and golf). They have two children Meagan and Travis. They currently own and operate The Texan Cafe in Cameron , TX . Mike and Catherine are excited to be apart of the GreaseBusters team!

Fred Medendorp

Fred was raised in Northern California. When he was a teenager his family moved to Southern Africa where his parents were involved with the Peace Corps. He came back to live with his grandparents in Holland Michigan in order to finish school. He has lived there ever since. Fred has a bachelors degree in accounting and business administration from Hope College. He ran a successful industrial painting company in which he serviced major Fortune 500 companies located in the area. Fred has been married 21 years to Karen. They have 3 teenage children-Sarah, Nick, and Michael.
