Since 1971, GreaseBusters has been keeping the nation’s restaurant and hospitality industry safe from grease fires. From the U.S. State Department to the local Corner Bakery, our sticker on the hood certifies that the facility is safe and clean. Our company has pioneered innovative methods for cleaning, safety, inspections, and transparency of service records and photos with our customers. These methods have been registered and certified as ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, which is the most rigorous quality standard recognized internationally.

We firmly believe that kitchen exhaust system cleaning is a highly specialized trade requiring technical training. As such, we partnered with a team of national Fire Protection industry experts to form USAKES (United States Academy for Kitchen Exhaust Specialists). Our technicians are USAKES certified, and all of our locally owned GreaseBusters offices achieve USAKES certification prior to opening.

Joe Palmore

Joe Palmore has been the Chief Executive Officer of GreaseBusters since 1988. He has lead the company from a successful local hood cleaning company in the DC metropolitan area to become the nation’s leading kitchen exhaust cleaning company. Joe is a highly decorated Vietnam Veteran. He holds his Masters Degree in Public Administration.

Monika Quigley

Monika has 25 years in business management and information technology. She joined GreaseBusters in June 2004 after serving 15 years at the World Bank and Development Gateway, Head of Technology. Prior to that, Monika founded a software consulting company, DSS Inc., where she consulted with organizations such as the IMF and U.S. Department of Education to implement global information and knowledge systems.

Chris Allen

Chief Operating Officer
Chris has been a part of GreaseBusters for over 15 years and has experience in every aspect of our business. He has successfully owned and operated multiple Dealerships and has served in several positions with the corporate office. Chris is passionate about seeing GreaseBusters continue to set the standard in the market while expanding both domestically and internationally.

Leo Victor Perez

National Training Coordinator
Victor Perez has been a leader with GreaseBusters since 1989, initially as GM for the metropolitan DC area to managing GreaseBusters’s national training center. Victor holds numerous certifications in fire protection and kitchen exhaust technician, and has personally overseen the training and career development for over 200 GreaseBusters technicians.
